These terms govern your use of covywear.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before ordering, and save or print a copy.
If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, in particular under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to order from this site.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order — because an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
We take care to describe our products accurately. Photographs and videos are illustrative; colours may vary depending on your screen. Measurements are approximate and given for guidance.
Compression garments — important. Covywear products are clothing items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. They do not provide medical-grade compression and are not a substitute for clinical compression therapy. If you have a circulatory condition, diabetes, a skin condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery, speak to a healthcare professional before wearing compression clothing. Discontinue use if you experience pain, numbness, tingling, discolouration or skin irritation.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless another currency is selected. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
Prices exclude any import VAT, customs duties or handling fees that may be charged on entry into your country. See the Shipping Policy.
If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your full card details; payments are processed by our payment providers.
See the Shipping Policy. Goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract at the latest unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:
These rights are in addition to the cancellation rights in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
See the Returns & Refunds Policy for your 14-day right to cancel.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where we are liable, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss arising from your failure to follow the care instructions or the guidance in section 2.4.
Where you buy as a business, we exclude all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier disruption, extreme weather, industrial action or acts of government. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and if the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund.

We may amend these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.
If you are a business, these terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
